The program of the event includes discussion on youth policy at regional and national level and strategy papers for youth. Guests from Greece, Spain, Lithuania and Portugal will share their experiences in activities for youth, promotion of social activity and non-formal education among young people.
An international project entitled "Cities for Youth" (“Miasta dla młodzieży”) co-financed by the European Union as part the Erasmus + Program is implemented in an international partnership, where the Starachowice Commune is the leader and the partners are: City of Santarem (Portugal), City of Klaipeda (Lithuania), and two non-governmental organizations - Institute of Research & Training on European Affairs IRTEA from Greece and ACD LaHoya from Spain.
